Again, this guy is doing everything in his power to not only motivate his team, but also work his ass off to be a good QB. What more can you ask? This job ain't easy, even if his brother makes it look easy.....ALso to the haters, look at the first three years of Aikman, Elway, Simms, Favre, etc and tell me Eli can't still be a good QB in this league...

It isnt about that he can't be a good quarterback down the line. Those amazing quarterbacks that you listed prove that brighter days COULD be ahead. Its about that up to this point, despite the hard work and "motivational tactics". He isnt good. Hopefully, you can include a Not Yet after that statement

Two straight playoff births, comeback wins IN philly, and at home against Denver in his last drive.....Ur right Certane, my little brother has not shown even a glimmer of hope....look at the stats of the other and tell me where their glimmers of hope were when Aikman went 1-15 in 1990....clown.
Dude - Neal. The guy fucking sucks. He has had nothing to do with the Giants making the playoffs and has very little to do with them ever winning a game.
Now he is stepping up cause Tiki is gone? We'll see. I would like to see him step up by staying on his feet and putting the ball in the right place a few times. God, I love Peyton.
Drew Brees, Steve McNair, Brett Favre, Matt Hasselback...
Those are just four active Qbs off the top of my head. Check early in their careers and look how they turned out. I know you can throw just as many QBs that sucked and continued to suck. Either way, the fact that people say Eli sucks when there is not nearly enough evidence is just stupid.
And ur right CJeasy, Eli didn't put up huge numbers the first half of last season. That had nothing to do with the fact that the Giants started 6-2. Only the fact that they went 2-6 in the second half had something to do with him sucking. Right now if you rank QBs in the NFL, Eli would fall somewhere between 14 and 22 in most lists. For Giant fans to throw him under the bus tho is ridiculous.
Can we all stop arguing about Eli Manning? He sucks, end of story.

To say he has no chance of making it is stupid. But there has to be a lot of doubt with the way he has performed. Any Qb can have good games, but this guy was and to some extent still is expected to be an elite one day. It could still happen but the doubt is growing, game after undominant game.
